Who is responsible

Ocobo Software, based in Santa Marta, Colombia, is responsible for the data it receives through this site. You can write to us at hola@ocobosoftware.dev.

What data we receive

Only what you send in the contact form: your name, your email, the message you write and the situation you pick from the options. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for a proposal, to prepare and send it. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell it or hand it to third parties for their own use.

Who else is involved

The form is sent through Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a third-party service that delivers the message to us by email. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both process technical and content data only to provide their service and may operate outside Colombia.

Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you can access, update and correct your data, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to hola@ocobosoftware.dev and we will reply within the time limits set by law.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
